Believe!

"
We love our peeps!
Love those bunnies!
It's a purple and gold Easter.
Hopping around.
Peaceful
Chilling with friends
It's cool to be a rabbit.
Sack races
Friends
Let the games begin
Egg on a spoon

A balancing act

Full speed ahead
On your marks....
Jelly bean pie

Find four jelly beans...

hidden in whipped cream.

Whipped cream goatee

Hooray for the playground!

All worn out

Climbing..

Maneuvering...

On top of the world!

A balancing act
Our colony of rabbits...

or is it a "warren"?

Time to hunt eggs

On your marks...
Get set...Go!

Finding numbered eggs

We need 1 through 15.

What number is this one?

I found it!

To all our bunny-loving friends...
This is eggs-actly what I needed.
A Hoppy Easter

Oh, and by the way...don't forget the most important thing about Easter.
What's more important than believing in a rabbit that delivers candy on Easter morning?  Believing the truth that Jesus came to earth to pay the penalty for our sins, that He died, and that He rose again on the third day.

"For God so love the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16

"If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9

"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved." Acts 16:31

"But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name." John 1:12

"but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name." John 20:31

"These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you many continue to believe in the name of the Son of God." I John 5:13

Jesus said to her,'I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?' " John 11:25-26

St. Patrick's Day

Today's a Lucky Day, filled with St. Patrick's Day-themed activities!
We're making a graph of the marshmallows in our bag of Lucky Charms cereal.

The marshmallow rainbows were a favorite.
Bits of cereal work well as counters on the Ten Frame.

It's a great day for wearing green socks...

or green shoes.

We're lucky to have Big Friends from high school to help us.
We're using Fruit Loops to make...
a rainbow!

Is there really a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow?

It's green punch! What else would you drink on St. Patrick's Day?

We're not lucky.....we're blessed by God!

Lucky horseshoes, four leaf clovers, shooting stars...who needs them? We don't need luck. We are a people who have been blessed by God. To be blessed means to be empowered and enabled to live out your intended purpose or created design. We have a loving heavenly Father who gives us everything we need to live a life that glorifies Him. So we really don't need to find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
"The blessings of the Lord make one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it."  Proverbs 10:22
