Sleeping on the Set

Just for the record, these kids were not sleeping. Even though they came to school in pajamas, they were fully alert and busy investigating.
Our science unit this week was on Weather, so in science lab the class made anemometers to measure wind speed.

Okay, so our homemade weather instruments didn't work all that well, but hopefully the kids learned a little something about measuring wind speed.

Mrs. Bonaventure gave a demonstration explaining what happens when cold air and hot air collide. The class watched as she created a storm.
