Painting the Northern Lights

January delivered a few challenges, from Covid to cold weather. (And actually, the parents and teachers are probably the ones experiencing the most frustrations.) But in our class, we are persevering. Though we've had a few absences due to quarantine, the students are continuing to improve in their reading, writing and math skills. And they continue to discover the beauty and wonders of God's creation.
We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love. Romans 5:3-5 (New Living Translation)
Here are a few more paintings of the Northern Lights.
And here are a few more photos of Osmo fun.
